Set up your company.
Add your terminals and contracts during signup, then import your roster in the app. Self-service setup is free. Or request assisted setup: $75 per CSA for founders or $150 standard, one time. We’ll arrange how to share your roster and schedule. Do not send payroll records or sensitive documents. Assisted setup is arranged directly with us, subject to availability. We set up your terminals, contracts, drivers, managers, schedule, and staffing needs, then check them with you. The app imports roster spreadsheets, selected phone contacts, and weekly worksheets; photos and PDFs are for assisted setup. A setup payment does not start your subscription trial.
Get the app and invite your team.
You and your managers download VistaCrew from the App Store and sign in. Invite each person and give them the access they need.

Your web trial starts when Checkout completes, even if self-service or assisted setup finishes later. A setup payment does not start or extend it. If you created your company in the iPhone app, its trial started at company creation; adding web billing keeps that original deadline. Signup shows the deadline and first-payment timing.
Continue monthly, or cancel before billing.
Once you authorize recurring billing, your saved payment method is billed at the original trial deadline unless you cancel beforehand. If the app-created trial has already ended, the first payment is due when billing setup finishes. Before confirming signup, you will see your CSA count, monthly total, applicable tax, founder terms if eligible, and how to cancel. Optional assisted setup is requested separately from us.
