2. How many CSAs?

Each distinct FedEx CSA your plan covers is one billing unit. There is no per-user or per-terminal fee. Each terminal needs at least one covered CSA.

3. Finish on secure signup

At app.vistacrew.app you create your login, enter payment details and authorize recurring billing, then set up your terminals and contracts. Before you authorize, signup shows your monthly total, applicable tax, trial deadline, first-payment date, and how to cancel. Your trial starts when Checkout completes, even if setup finishes later.

Assisted setup is an optional one-time service: $75 per CSA for founders or $150 standard. We set up your terminals, contracts, drivers, managers, schedule, and staffing needs, then check them with you. It’s scheduled with you, subject to availability; estimated dates are goals, not guarantees. A setup payment does not start or extend your trial.
