What does it run on?
VistaCrew runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Authorized users see the records their permissions allow. Browser operations and Android are planned; no release date is promised.
How do we get started?
Start your trial online: choose your CSAs, create your login, and add payment details with recurring-payment authorization before company setup. Nothing is due today. Your 14 days start when Checkout completes, including with assisted setup. You can also create your company in the app, which starts a trial without a card. How it works.
Can I cancel?
Cancel before your 14-day trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. The website shows your first charge date and how to cancel before you authorize billing. No refunds, except where required by law or for billing errors. Contact support for cancellation help or billing errors.
What's a CSA?
A FedEx Contracted Service Area. Each distinct CSA your plan covers is one billing unit. There is no per-user or per-terminal fee. Each terminal needs at least one covered CSA.
How does founder pricing work?
It's our launch offer, for a limited time. You pay $249 per CSA per month for 12 consecutive calendar months from paid start, excluding the trial, then the standard $299. The offer may close to new customers at any time. Details.
Does it replace GroundCloud?
No. VistaCrew focuses on attendance, schedules, team records, service metrics, and payroll review. It can sit alongside the delivery tools you already use.
Does it run payroll?
No. It totals each pay week and exports it for whoever runs your payroll.
Can my drivers use it?
Not yet. An employee app is planned.
Is VistaCrew part of FedEx?
No. VistaCrew is independent software from GrimBrite LLC. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by FedEx.
Who can see our data?
Authorized company members see records according to their permissions. Service providers also process information to operate VistaCrew. We never sell your information. See our privacy policy and security overview.
